Cancellations and Refunds
We thoroughly believe you will be delighted with the services you purchase from Boards Boot Camp and, ultimately, very pleased with the results after you complete the program. Thousands of students have met with terrific success with Boards Boot Camp, and we want that for you as well! That’s why we go out of our way to ensure that each program is designed and constructed to be just what you need. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product. While we are here to help, and the whole reason we exist is to genuinely help students conquer boards, please remember that the services we provide to you, regardless of whether you use them or not, cost us money. Like for any vendor, your credit card charges large fees to us (yes, on top of the interest you pay to them) when it is used to purchase our services - we don't get that back when you cancel (and we have to pay again to have the refund processed!). We incur costs by purchasing bandwidth in bulk, based on registrations for that period of time (bandwidth is needed for the internet to be used in association with online services) - a cost that is non-refundable, and based on projected use (so we pay, regardless of whether you use it or not). Every online account you set-up requires manual set-up (yes, we do it the old-fashioned way to make sure it is done right - you are a person and not a number to us!), and each of the online accounts also cost money to manage, monitor, track, and process. We cannot get that money back.
So, please understand that our cancellation fees are there only to cover our costs. Of course, it is our hope that you stay in the program - because we know that our programs are your best shot at boards success- we know that! But, if you want to cancel, please respect the fact that there is a limited time to get a refund (because of the way costs are incurred to us), and that the refunds are modified by cancellation fees we must charge to recoup what your registration in the program has already cost us. It's that simple. So, cancellation fees are a difficult part of doing business (with any company); but they are necessary to cover costs already incurred. So, please don't get nasty about it . . .it's not fair ...and it’s not nice. We will make sure you get refunded all that can be refunded under the cancellation policy provisions.
